Our Educational Construction Series welcomes the new Universal Gear Set. Gears can be used with 3mm diameter, 5mm interval holes. Enjoy your own constructions using this universal gear set with universal plates and universal arms from our Educational Construction Series.

【About the Item】

• 10T gears (round hole, hex hole), 20T gears, 30T gears and 40T gears (x2 of each)
• The following bushings are included.
  • Three hex hole bushings and three round hole bushings for single-stage gear
  • Two hex hole bushings and two round hole bushings for two-stage gear
• Spacers, hex shafts, 3mm round screws and 3mm tapping screws are included.
• Gear with bushing is about 6mm thickness, and 6mm and 12mm spacers are included.
• Gears are molded in light blue POM for smooth rotation. Grease is not required.
• Put bushings onto center holes of 20T, 30T and 40T gears for use with hex shafts and round screws. Bushings can be removed even after assembly.
• Gears can be used at 90-degree angle thanks to their tooth design.
• Various gear ratios can be achieved by combining gears.
• Gear teeth sizes are Module 1 which is well-suited to 5mm attachment intervals of gears and makes it easier to see gear motion. The number of gear teeth are molded in gear for convenience.
• Gears have holes in which tapping screws can be attached to use gears as crank, or for direct attachment of universal arms and plates.
• Gears (20T, 30T, 40T) feature pin gate for precision gear shape. 10T gears teeth connected to sprue but those teeth are shorter than others to ensure gate material does not hinder rotation.
