本套件為採用軸傳動四輪驅動的高效能競速車塑膠模型組裝套件。勝利麥林 Victory Magnum Premium以迷你四驅車漫畫《四驅兄弟》主角星馬豪的第二代戰車「勝利麥林」為原型，完美重現原作漫畫的經典形象。採用低趴寬體全包覆式車殼，前車殼半部可拆卸，配備平坦尾翼的極速取向設計。金屬質感貼紙亦為亮點。輪圈採用玻璃纖維強化尼龍樹脂材質，搭配刻有賽道紋路的競技型輪胎。

【 Victory Magnum Premium: An Evolved Model for Enhanced Performance 】

This is a plastic model assembly kit for a four-wheel drive racer that offers high performance and enjoyable racing. The Victory Magnum Premium recreates the second-generation machine of Go Seiba, the protagonist of the Mini 4WD manga “Bakusō Kyōdai Let’s & Go!!”, the Victory Magnum, in the style of the original comic. Its low, wide full-cowl body features a front cowl where half can be removed. This top-speed focused type is equipped with a flat rear wing. Metallic-style stickers are also a key feature. Furthermore, the wheels, reinforced with glass fiber-compounded nylon resin, are paired with tires featuring a race-inspired tread pattern.

強化了剛性和擴展性的Super II底盤配備旋轉式開關﹑2點固定式後防撞桿﹑易拆式齒輪蓋等各種獨特裝備。底盤本體為ABS製，同時前後防撞桿設有多個的開孔對應不同改造配置。
