Inspired by a Legend
The Porsche 934 dominated its racing class in the late 1970s, and holds a special place in Tamiya history as the subject of our first R/C model kit. In late 1977, we then released a limited edition in black. This R/C model assembly kit is inspired by that piece of Tamiya history. The accurate clear polycarbonate body has recreations of the distinctive flared front/rear fenders and large front spoiler. Rear wing, engine hood and side mirrors are recreated using separate parts, while metal plated light cases and LEDs offer a realistic lit-up model.

★In the Japanese market only the model comes with a canvas bag, designed especially for it.

★Separate parts depict the rear spoiler and engine hood (1 piece), as well as side mirrors.

★2-piece mesh wheels have eye-catching plated rims, wide rear tires giving a racy look.

Short Wheelbase, Wide Tread, Maximum Fun!
The TA02SW chassis provides shaft-driven 4WD, and offers a short (236mm) wheelbase and wide tread setup in the traditional Porsche style. It is based around an FRP double deck frame, with 4-wheel double wishbone suspension utilizing CVA oil dampers. Enclosed front and rear gear cases have built-in diff gears, with a ball differential in the rear. Comes with 2-piece wheels, tires, and inner sponges – the rear uses wide types. Further hi-spec parts are included, such as FRP damper stays, universal shafts, hard propeller shaft, aluminum motor mount and full ball bearings – a souped-up drive awaits!
