We are delighted to welcome the Infrared Remote Control Unit included in Item 70267 Rolling Robot (2-Channel IR Remote Control) as its own product in the Educational Construction Series.

【About the Item】

• Battery case, receiver and infrared remote controller are included.
• Three R03/AAA/UM4 batteries for receiver and one coin battery (CR2025) for infrared remote controller are required.
• The infrared remote controller features a distinctive Tamiya design, and has two sets of nine output buttons and mode button. The infrared LED sends signals to the receiver on the robot.
• The receiver has two output terminals to which not only motors but also sold separately LED lights can be connected. Buttons allow easy attachment and detachment of terminals.
• 5 setup modes can be chosen. (See the following page.)
  • Operation mode (Give the receiver commands via infrared (IR) signals, using the red buttons.)
  • Power Adjustment mode (Set power to one of 16 levels between minimum (1.5V) and maximum (3.0V).)
  • Continuous mode (Order a command to be repeated continuously.)
  • Channel Switch mode (If 2 people want to control 2 robots in the same place, you can change the channel of one controller, switching it between red and blue buttons.)
  • Registration mode (Controllers for household devices can also be linked to the receiver. This mode is useful in cases such as when you want to operate from distance.)
